How to monitor position/speed/alarm code, etc.

I would like to monitor the current position, speed, current value, torque, alarm code, etc. of the AC servo system.
What should I do?

Please use the status monitoring register in the User’s Manual Chapter 8 8.3 P0.xxx monitoring parameters.
If you set the value listed in Table 8.3 in the parameter “P0.017: Select content displayed by status monitoring register 1” on the panel or via communication, the corresponding data will be set in status monitoring register 1.
There are 5 status monitoring registers in total. (1:P0.009 to 5:P0.013)

* Convert to hexadecimal, and the upper 16 bits are the alarm code.
* 209184(DEC) -> 33120(HEX): Alarm code is 3.
