KCX Malfunction of digital switch for setting
Question
I am using KCX-4DM, but recently the setting value of the 3rd digit cannot be set correctly.
What should I do?
Answer
Does not count up even if it matches the set value, or counts up with a value different from the set value,
There is a high possibility that the setting device is out of order.

We accept repairs for products that are less than 8 years old.
The first two digits of the serial number printed on the label on the top of the counter indicate the year of manufacture.
However, please note that repair may not be possible even within this period depending on the state of failure.
