Regarding requests for Japanese materials from overseas
Question
When trying to download Japanese materials from overseas, I am unable to enter my foreign address in the download authentication form, and therefore cannot download the materials.
Answer
The download authentication form on the Japanese site only accepts addresses within Japan. To enter an overseas address, please use the download authentication form on the English site. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use the English site.
