Regarding requests for Japanese materials from overseas
Question
When trying to download Japanese materials from overseas, I am unable to enter my foreign address in the download authentication form, and therefore cannot download the materials.
Answer
The download authentication form on the Japanese site only accepts addresses within Japan. If you are accessing the site from overseas, please use the download authentication form on the English site to enter your overseas address.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please download the English materials from the English site first. After that, return to the Japanese site to download the Japanese materials.
