Question

What kind of rotary encoders can be connected to the programmable cam JX-CAM?

Answer

This encoder can connect to absolute rotary encoders with binary gray code output.
Resolutions available are 32/64/128/180/256/360/512/720/1024.
The cable ends of our TRD-NA360NWF2, TRD-NA360NWF2-5M, TRD-NA720NWF2, and TRD-NA720NWF2-5M are designed to be compatible with JX-CAM.
(The resolution and cable length for the 360/720 models are 2m, while the -5M is 5m.)
Encoders from other manufacturers (e.g., E6C3-AG5C) can also be connected, but a JX-CAM compatible connector must be attached to the cable end.
The JX-CAM encoder connector (cable side) is Binder model 09-147-72-12.
